As a patient you have a number of rights regrading your PHI. These rights include the Right to access, copy, or inspect your PHI; Right to request an amendment of your PHI; Right to request an accounting of uses and disclosures of your PHI; Right to request restrictions on uses and disclosures of your PHI; and Right to Request confidential communications.
